Dreaming of Lake Tahoe - Pictures & Video

I found myself in Lake Tahoe. Two summers ago, I was able to get away and took a vacation at Lake Tahoe. It was a vacation of a lifetime though nothing grand, I'm just an avid fan of nature. I love the surrounding snow cap mountains and the crystal clear blue water. Don't let the water fool you though, it is icy! My room was overlooking the lake, the gentle waves touching and reaching the shore at night can be distinctively heard together with the swaying of the pines, underneath the moonlight, soothing and mesmerizing. It was picture perfect and an experience that I would gladly repeat again and again and again. Seemed like time stood still for me at that moment. I felt like I was the only one from miles and miles, cut-off from civilization. I was at peace, I caught a glimpse of paradise, I felt humbled. It suddenly dawned on me that I want to spend the rest of my life like that.

I haven't moved there yet, but I am considering to, hopefully someday, in the near future. It made my life more worthwhile, looking forward and hoping to be able to live in my so-called little paradise soon.
